An Overview of the Impeccable Retreat
The Sublime Retreat awaits to inspire you in the majesty of Zakynthos. La Soleil is a spectacular villa, with a private swimming pool (that can be heated with an additional fee), spa whirlpool, rolling side-ocean views, and few steps away from the sea, making it an ideal family or friends favourite for summer holidays for years to come. From the moment you step into the Villa you’ll be welcomed into a truly unique space, one that only a privileged few will ever experience. Boasting effortlessly chic interiors, spectacular views, this bespoke Villa can be yours to remember. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. A striking structure on Psarou, close to Zakynthos town (20 minutes drive), this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Zakynthian summerhouse. With an outdoor private 35sqm pool, this is a spectacular 140m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests (after 8 guests additional fee applies) to unwind overlooking the ocean deep blue.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 35m2 swimming pool (can be heated with extra fee), featuring also a three seater spa whirlpool, lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The property lays in 250sqm outdoor area with spectacular views to the entire Psarou prefecture. An ideal sea side holiday escape for those who seek privacy and summery living.

*Important Note : The villa is part of a Zante Zen Luxury Villas complex (the fourth in line), where three more villa are located in front of this villa, each with seclusion and ultimate privacy in mind.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 50’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms (on the ground and first floor), two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one bedroom featuring a shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and 2 more guests (preferably children ) can sleep in the two sofa beds (0.80x2.00) in the living room area and in the corner couch (0.80x2.20).

First Floor | Double Bedroom with Kings Bed (1.80x2.00) with sea side view and En-Suite bathroom with walk in shower • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be converted into a King Bed upon request with sea side view and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to a balcony featuring an outdoor spa whirlpool for ultimate evening baths. 


*Extra Lower Level Bedroom & Lounge Area
The villa has an extra lower lever bedroom (separate entrance on the side on the villa) that can be booked extra - with 50euros per person and features a Double Bed Queen Size (1.60x2.00), and Lounge Area with Sofa and can welcome 2 Guests. *This area can only be accessed if the booking is above 8 Guests and with an additional fee of 50euros per Guest per Night. (The maximum capacity of the villa is 10 Guests).

Bonus : Only a few minutes walking distance from the villa you will find Psarou Port where you can take a boat and explore the hidden gems of the island by sea. Also there is a rocky beach directly in front of the villa complex, where you can enjoy a morning swim. The villa is part of Zante Zen Luxury Villas, where four luxury villas are located. It is the 4th Villa in Line.

Your Home Stay Includes

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Beach Access
*Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.
Guest access
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas! The villa is part of Zante Zen Luxury Villas, where 4 villas are located. La Soleil Luxury Villa is 4th in Line.
