Perched on a serene hillside just 1 km from the Mediterranean Sea, Anemolia Villa unfolds as a tranquil retreat framed by panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and sparkling blue waters. The 30m² private pool, complemented by opulent sun loungers and shaded seating areas, provides an exquisite backdrop for relaxation. Flourishing green spaces, adorned with vibrant flowers and Mediterranean flora, offer a calm haven, while a charcoal BBQ area invites alfresco dining under the Cretan sky. Surrounding the pool, plush sun loungers and umbrellas create a serene space for unwinding, while the shaded BBQ area—equipped with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining set—promises memorable alfresco meals with loved ones. Set within a sprawling 2,000m² garden, the villa’s lush grounds feature well-maintained lawns, colourful Mediterranean plants, and secluded corners for moments of tranquility. Children can delight in outdoor play with thoughtfully provided toys (children’s bicycle, playhouse, plastic table with chairs), while a ping pong table provides endless fun and a chance for bonding across all ages. With its elevated position, Anemolia Villa boasts breathtaking sea views stretching across the horizon, creating an ever-changing backdrop for your holiday. Private parking for up to 5 cars within the premises adds extra ease, making every aspect of your stay seamless and enjoyable.

A fully equipped kitchen sparks culinary creativity, while direct access to the balcony with comfortable seating transforms this home into the paradise you've been searching for. With an additional kitchenette on the ground floor and a cozy seating area, this space offers both convenience and seamless access to the poolside terrace. Five elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with premium bedding, guarantee restful nights, while three modern shared bathrooms feature sleek, stylish fixtures. There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 5 cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Sandwich Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Smoke Detector, Safety Box, Fire Extinguishers

*Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Guests have the entire property to their private use. Full access inside and outside the Villa. No shared areas.
