Thalassa Residence is a private haven of modern elegance and comfort, where contemporary design meets the breathtaking beauty of the Cretan Sea. This newly built villa offers tranquility with panoramic sea views, a sparkling swimming pool, and a heated spa whirlpool on its sun-kissed terrace. Situated in northern Rethymno, the villa’s striking architecture and open design embrace the gentle summer breeze and warm Greek sun, offering an idyllic retreat for large families or groups of friends. Just a short stroll from the lively town of Panormos, with its charming shops, tavernas, and daily essentials, Thalassa Residence is perfectly crafted for unforgettable multigenerational summer living.

The pool terrace at Thalassa Residence redefines summer living, offering an idyllic setting to savor breathtaking sunsets and indulge in ultimate relaxation. Centered around a stunning 42m² private overflow pool - non heated (depth 1.20–1.40m), this serene retreat is adorned with luxurious sun loungers, plush pool bean bags, and an inviting outdoor seating area. Unwind with a chilled drink, immerse yourself in a favorite book, or enjoy your playlist on the Bluetooth dock as you create lasting memories with friends and family. The expansive 610m² terrace also features a sophisticated 3x2m heated spa whirlpool, comfortably seating six guests. With 80 hydro-massage jets and RGB chromotherapy lighting, the spa offers a rejuvenating escape for both body and mind. Just beyond the whirlpool, a lush lawn area awaits, complete with a charming playground where children can play freely, while two bicycles invite you to explore the enchanting village of Panormos at your leisure. For culinary enthusiasts, the terrace is perfectly designed for al fresco dining. Prepare delicious meals using the gas BBQ and enjoy them under the pergola at the elegant outdoor dining table. Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.

- The Spa Whirlpool temperature can reach up to 26°C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
- Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool.

Spanning three thoughtfully designed levels, the 510m² Thalassa Residence exudes refined elegance, accommodating up to 14 guests in seven impeccably styled double bedrooms. A seamless blend of modern sophistication and timeless charm is reflected in its high-quality furnishings, state-of-the-art appliances, and a wealth of contemporary amenities, offering the perfect sanctuary for a serene villa getaway. With inclusivity at its heart, the villa is meticulously crafted to ensure accessibility for all guests, including those with restricted mobility (wheelchair accessible from the Lower Level Garage to all floors through the elevator). The interior boasts a flat layout, complemented by a private elevator providing effortless access to all levels. The ground-floor living room & fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the stunning pool terrace, inviting guests to transition seamlessly between the indoors and the sunlit outdoor spaces. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 3 days, Daily Soft Cleaning is also available • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, some Children toys, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request. • Portable protective fence for around the pool could be provided upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Large Double Door Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (Coffee Powder), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), PlayStation 4, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
