External Living | Private Pool & Whirlpool, Outdoor Fully Equipped Kitchen & BBQ
This captivating Villa offers a 920m² outdoor pool area - with a 350m² trees & flowers area and is embellished with a 75m² private swimming pool (15x5 & 1,40 meters deep), also boasting a shallow part (0,40 meters deep) & a six-seater Spa Whirlpool (non-heated, 1,80x1,90, 1 meter deep) for endless hours of fun and relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ) under sunset skies, on the outdoor shaded dinning area. There is also an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials in order for you to enjoy culinary homemade delicacies; electric hobs, fridge with freezer, orange/citrus juice maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, food processor (multi), dishwasher, frappe machine, Nespresso machine (capsules), filter coffee machine, sink, cutlery, dishes and glasses.

The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus :
For your utmost comfort & convenience, there is also an internal yard with an extra shaded dining area and an outdoor bathroom with toilet, wash basin & shower. Also, while entering the pool terrace, you will be welcomed by an impeccable stone arch, with a specially designed area featuring a baby corner area with foam play mats, children toys, children’s chairs & tables, as well as an outdoor WC with wash basin, storage space for towels & laundry space ( 85m² area - internal yard & stone arch area).

We would also like to remind you that events (retreats, weddings, or other commercial use) may be allowed strictly upon request — prior notice, additional fees, and a signed event contract are required. Designed with wellness and mindful living in mind, the villa also offers a dedicated relaxation room, multiple yoga settings, 17 yoga mats, post-sport recovery equipment, non-toxic materials, mindfulness features, and utensils for “special food” preparation

This sensory-designed wing opens either from the villa’s internal courtyard or through its own private 21m² veranda entrance.

Climate Resilience Fee
A €15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
