A shaded dining area with a modern gas BBQ invites you to savor alfresco meals, while comfortable patio furniture and seating areas offer the perfect spots to unwind and soak in the breathtaking sea views from the terrace. While part of a three-villa complex with some outdoor areas offering light visibility, this villa maintains a serene atmosphere. It also features dedicated parking for two vehicles right on the premises.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a 50” Smart TV and direct access to the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen and stylish dining area create the perfect space for shared meals, while the spacious dining table invites guests to gather and create lasting memories over delicious culinary delights. With four luxurious, thoughtfully designed bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests, all of whom sleep in real beds. It offers stunning sea views, premium bedding, and modern interiors.
