Perched above the sparkling shores of Elounda, this elegant 1,000m² private villa offers a serene escape for up to 16 guests. With direct access to a nearby 5* resort (fees apply), it blends effortless island living with panoramic sea views. Eight stylish bedrooms and sunlit interiors open onto generous terraces scented by the Aegean breeze. Two tranquil pools—one heatable (extra fee)—invite relaxation, while a private hammam, billiard room, and elevator add comfort and leisure. Outdoors, a charcoal BBQ and spacious dining area create the perfect setting for laid-back gatherings or peaceful solitude. Every detail reflects refined coastal luxury at its most inviting.

Sink into the serenity of two inviting pools—a generous 45m² private pool (1.50m deep) and a 25m² infinity pool, heatable upon request (with an additional fee), each promising endless hours of sun-drenched calm. Custom-designed loungers invite stillness, while the open-air dining area, fully equipped with a charcoal BBQ, wood oven, sink, and refined tableware, becomes the heart of slow, joyful feasting beneath open skies. As a guest of this distinctive villa, you have the exclusive opportunity to access the world-class amenities of a 5* resort just steps from your door. Set directly in front of the property, the resort offers an array of exceptional experiences—from gourmet dining and stylish bars to boutique shops, a pristine beach, and a state-of-the-art wellness centre.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy :
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths, Hammam & Billiard
Unfolding gracefully across three levels (each level has a separated entrance not connected through indoor stairs) featuring an elevators for comfort, and 300m² of thoughtfully curated interiors, the villa embodies refined, understated elegance, where contemporary minimalism meets earthy, grounding tones. Designed to evoke calm and connection throughout, the home features an elevator for effortless movement between floors, enhancing comfort and ease. Eight serene bedrooms, spread across the lower, ground and first floors, offer peaceful sanctuaries of rest. Accommodating up to 16 guests in its 8 available bedrooms offering both intimacy and space in perfect harmony.

Ground Floor : Living Room (featuring a 40’’ Smart TV) and fully equipped kitchen & direct access to the 25m2 infinity pool (can be heated with extra fee) & iconic terrace • The elevator gives you access to the 1st Floor & Lower Level from inside the villa. Outdoors stairs give guests access to this floor, no indoor stairs available. • Two Double Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk in shower and access to a balcony overlooking the back part of the villa with the extra pool.
The Ground Floor reveals the villa’s iconic heart: a luminous open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly extends to the expansive sea side-view terrace. This level also offers direct access to the sun-drenched infinity pool (that can be heated with extra fee), perfect for languid afternoons or starlit feasts. Full-length glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoor sophistication and outdoor serenity, inviting the gentle rhythm of island life inside. Two Double Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are featured in this floor.

First Floor : Two Double Bedrooms each featuring a King Size Bed ( 1.80x2.00) with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. One bedroom offers captivating landmark views, while the other enjoys sea views both having direct access to a private balcony.• Two twin bedrooms, each appointed with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • 2 x Baby cots, 2 x High chairs, plastic (non-breakable) children plates and cups are available

There is secure parking space outside of the Villa’s premises for four cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Filter coffee maker, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Iron & ironing board, Washing & Drying Machine, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.
