Cradled on Crete’s sun-drenched landscape, just five minutes drive from the charming village of Panormos, Dea Luna Villa I is a unique escape where laid-back stays meet effortless comfort. Designed for up to five guests, the villa features two elegant bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and bright, open-plan living spaces that flow onto a sun-kissed terrace with a private pool (can be heated with an additional fee) and dining area with BBQ (Gas), perfect for relaxed moments and golden-hour gatherings. Just a heartbeat away lies the renowned Blue Flag Geropotamos Beach, while Crete’s iconic landmarks and hidden gems are within easy reach. Dea Luna Villa I is more than a place to stay—it’s an invitation to experience Crete’s soulful beauty in its most comfortable, connected, and carefree form.

External Living | Pool (can be heated with extra fee) with Sun-beds & Outdoor Dining
Contemporary in spirit and crafted to connect with its natural surroundings, this villa reflects the timeless charm of Crete with soft, sun-washed tones and organic textures. Outdoors, 40m² of curated living space invites slow, meaningful moments—whether soaking in the 20m² private pool with 1,40m2 depth (can be heated with an extra fee), unwinding on bespoke loungers, or gathering around the bespoke gas BBQ for long lunches and starlit dinners with elegant tableware. Thoughtfully designed for romantic escapes or family connection, this retreat captures the essence of summer living—inviting you to pause, breathe, and embrace every golden moment.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths

The villa spreads in three levels (including an attic bedroom) the villa’s interiors unfold across 100m² of thoughtfully curated space, where minimalist elegance meets warm, grounded design. Two double bedrooms offer restful sleep with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The open-plan living area flows effortlessly through stairs to a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming heart of the home, with direct access to the sun-drenched pool terrace just beyond. With accommodation for up to four guests in comfortable beds, and the option for an additional guest on the living room sofa, the villa offers effortless comfort and a sense of intimate seclusion—designed to host up to five guests in total, in complete ease and harmony.



Ground Floor : Living Room (featuring a 55’’ Smart TV &), featuring a sofa where one more guests can sleep at & direct access to the pool terrace • The villa features a lower level however guests will not have access to it.

First Floor & Attic Bedroom : Fully Equipped Kitchen • Double Bedroom with Kings Bed (1,80x2,00) with En suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV 32”,and access to a balcony • Attic Double Bedroom with Kings Bed (1,80x2,00), Smart TV 32”, with natural light from the window & en-suite bathroom



Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available.


Practicalities 

There is secure parking space outside of the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Nespresso machine (regular capsules), Frappe machine, Filter coffee maker, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Iron & ironing board, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen. (Washing service is available upon request with no additional fee).
