Tucked away in the heart of Zakynthos' authentic Vanuato region, Casa Di Pietra Villa is a masterful fusion of designer elegance and the raw beauty of nature. Crafted from earth-born materials and inspired by the landscape’s natural rhythms, this bespoke retreat offers a serene escape where refined simplicity meets unforgettable outdoor indulgence. Central to the villa is a breathtaking 50m² pool with an in-pool whirlpool, offering the option of heating (additional fee applies). Surrounding the pool, custom-crafted sun loungers, tranquil alfresco nooks, and a dining area complete with a charcoal BBQ and traditional wood oven create the perfect ambiance for lazy afternoons and enchanting starlit gatherings. Inside, every detail has been meticulously curated to capture the spirit of an extraordinary hideaway. Four exquisitely designed bedrooms and an inviting open-concept living and kitchen space provide a harmonious balance of connection and relaxation. Accommodating up to eight guests, Casa Di Pietra Villa is more than just a getaway—it’s a place where moments become memories, and every detail whispers effortless luxury.

External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with Extra Fee) & BBQ Settings
This captivating villa lays in 1.000m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee), also boasting an in-pool whirlpool with 4 seats, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area featuring a BBQ (Charcoal & Mini Fridge) and a wood oven. The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 4 cars inside the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.
 Designed for ultimate play time, a ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills and inspire adventure and togetherness.

Outdoor Pool & in-pool Whirlpool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 30 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool & countryside, the villa radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 160m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area & a fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning every two days • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to four cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
