The open-plan living area effortlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a seamless space for both relaxation and culinary adventures. The outdoor settings are equally welcoming, featuring a 40m² pool with hydromassage features and a 10m² children’s pool. For those who love to cook, a covered dining area with an outdoor kitchenette and gas BBQ promises delightful alfresco meals. Just a five-minute drive from Rethymno Town, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, ensuring premium comfort. Welcome to your private urban villa, a welcoming retreat nestled on a 250m² private land. The main highlight is the 40m² pool with hydromassage features, offering sea and city views. For our younger guests, there's a charming 10m² children's pool, ensuring hours of fun and delight. Relax on our premium sun-beds and under umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the ultimate summer experience. Adults can unwind on the sun loungers and transition seamlessly to the exquisite outdoor dining area. This inviting space includes an outdoor kitchenette with a gas BBQ, sink, and mini fridge, ideal for dining under enchanting sunset skies. The villa also provides ample parking for up to two vehicles. Enjoy the stunning sea and Rethymno town vistas from the outdoor area, enhancing the welcoming and serene atmosphere.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With vistas of the pool, the azure sea, and Rethymno Town, this villa perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The indoor living spaces are meticulously designed, creating a smart and casual ambiance for our guests. Every corner of this holiday home showcases minimalist design, enhanced by premium bedding, sophisticated decor, and top-tier amenities, giving each space a unique identity. Spanning 350m², the villa features five bedrooms, a cozy living and lounge area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, making it the ultimate family getaway. Accommodating up to 12 guests, every detail in this villa is thoughtfully crafted for a bespoke experience, creating an idyllic retreat for those seeking top-notch holiday comfort.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with open-plan Lounge-Dining Area (Featuring a 50’ smart TV) & direct access to the pool & outdoor dining area • Premium Double Bedroom featuring King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV & direct access to the terrace that leads to the pool area & sea view - this room features and en-suite bathroom wit walk in shower • Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00), that can be joined upon request with a topper mattress, a 32’ Smart TV & direct access to the terrace that leads to the pool area & sea views • Shared bathroom with walk in shower • Stairs leading to the 1st Floor Bedrooms and to the Lower Floor where you may find a bathroom with walk in shower & washing machine.

First Floor
Living Room area with a 55’ Smart TV • Premium Double Bedroom featuring King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV & direct access to a balcony & sea view - this room features and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00), that can be joined upon request with a topper mattress, a 32’ Smart TV & direct access to a balcony & sea views • Shared bathroom with walk in shower • Two extra guests are welcome - one can sleep at the Living Room Sofa or in a folding bed that can be placed in the living room area & one more folding bed can be placed in one of the Bedrooms of the first floor upon request.

Attic Bedroom
An Attic Type Bedroom with SeaViews is also available (2m. hight), featuring King Size bed (1.80x2.00) with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, 32’ smart TV & access to a veranda with Sea Views

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
