Introducing Anama Villas

Nestled in the vibrant Atsipopoulo Village, these two urban holiday homes, located side-by-side, offer a haven for friends, families, and loved ones looking to holiday together while enjoying the luxury of their private spaces. Blending homey comforts with sophisticated elegance and bespoke details, the villas provide a wonderful stay with their ten bedrooms in total. The open-plan living areas in both villas seamlessly merge with fully equipped kitchens, creating the perfect space for both relaxation and culinary adventures. The outdoor settings are equally inviting, each featuring a 40m² pool with hydromassage features and a 10m² children’s pool. For those who love to cook, the covered dining areas with outdoor kitchens and gas BBQs promise delightful alfresco meals. Just a five-minute drive from Rethymno Town, the villas together accommodate up to 24 guests with ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, ensuring premium comfort for all. The villas enjoy a prime location near Rethymno, nestled in an exclusive complex of just two villas. Both exude bespoke elegance, each with their private pools & extensive facilities.

External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Settings
Welcome to your dual urban villas, each nestled on a 250m² private land plot each, offering expansive sea and city views. The highlight of both villas is the 40m² pools with hydromassage features, accompanied by charming 10m² children’s pools, ensuring hours of fun for the little ones. Relax on premium sun-beds under umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the ultimate summer experience. Adults can unwind on the sun loungers and transition seamlessly to the exquisite outdoor dining areas. Each villa offers an outdoor kitchens with a gas BBQ, sink, and mini-fridge, ideal for dining under the enchanting sunset skies. Both villas provide ample parking for up to eight vehicles in total. Revel in the stunning sea and Rethymno town vistas from the outdoor areas, enhancing the serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With vistas of the pools, the azure sea, and Rethymno Town, both villas balance elegance and comfort beautifully. The indoor living spaces are meticulously designed, creating a smart and casual ambiance for all guests. Each villa spans 350m², offering five bedrooms in each home, cozy living and lounge areas, and fully equipped gourmet kitchens, making these villas the ultimate family getaways. Together, the two villas accommodate up to 24 guests, and every detail has been thoughtfully crafted for a bespoke experience, creating an idyllic retreat for those seeking top-tier holiday comfort.

Fully Equipped Kitchens with open-plan Lounge-Dining Areas (Featuring 50’ smart TVs) & direct access to the pools & outdoor dining areas • Premium Double Bedrooms featuring King Size Beds (1.80x2.00), 32’ Smart TVs & direct access to the terraces leading to the pool areas & sea views - these rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers • Twin Bedrooms featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00), that can be joined upon request with topper mattresses, 32’ Smart TVs & direct access to the terraces leading to the pool areas & sea views • Shared bathrooms with walk-in showers • Stairs leading to the 1st Floor Bedrooms and in Anama Villa I there is also an additional bathroom with walk-in shower & a washing machine.

First Floor
Living Room area with a 55’ Smart TV • Premium Double Bedroom featuring a King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV, and direct access to a balcony with sea views – this room features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower • Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00), that can be joined upon request with a topper mattress, a 32’ Smart TV, and direct access to a balcony with sea views – in Villa I, this room shares a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while in Villa II, it features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower • Two extra guests are welcome – one can sleep on the Living Room Sofa, and a folding bed can be placed either in the Living Room or in one of the first-floor bedrooms in Villa I, while in Villa II, the folding bed can be placed in the Attic Bedroom upon request.

Attic Bedroom
An Attic Type Bedroom with SeaViews is also available (2m. hight), featuring King Size bed (1.80x2.00) with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, 32’ smart TV & access to a veranda with Sea Views

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secured parking space inside both villas’ premises for up to eight cars in total • The properties are well-equipped with: Fridges with freezers, Electric stoves with ovens, Espresso Machines (original capsules), Filter coffee machines, Microwaves, Kettles, Sandwich Makers, Toasters, Juice Makers, Food Processors (Multi), Washing Machines, Irons & Boards, Hairdryers, First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Boxes, and Smoke Detectors.

Guests have the entire properties to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villas. No shared areas.
