Introducing the Asea Villa
Sweeping sands and long coastal rambles, paddling in the shallows and watching as the children jump over foaming waves. Family days by the seaside are so much iconic; with freckled faces, salt-kissed skin and tousled hair, retreat to the serenity of Asea Villa, where the only thing left on the agenda is to sit back and relax with a chilled glass of wine from the fridge, as children dream of seashells and the sun melts into the sea.

External Living | Private Pools & BBQ

Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary Villa, laying in 2 acre outdoor area, with a 500m² lawn covered area. Dip your toes in the crystal clear water of the three private pools exclusively at your disposal :

- a 100m² (non-heated) private swimming pool (depth ranges from 1,20 to 1,40 meters), with a swim- up gazebos area (total water surface is 150m²).
- a 30m² heated pool with a built-in, 4-seater heated Spa Whirlpool. (the pool & whirlpool can reach up (maximum) to 28 °C degrees, and this is always subject to the outdoor temperature).
- a children’s pool (non-heated, 2,50x4,00 & 0,50 meters deep).

Relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds, double gazebos and sun loungers or on the lounge area next to the pool with fire pit for endless hours of relaxation. From the impeccable still life artwork design to the stimulating outdoor settings, two lounge areas & exquisite tableware, the Villa’s enclosed setting is a real lure, inspiring even the most discerning of guests. The outdoor dining area is the perfect location for al fresco home made barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink), taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey across the sea.

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden children’s play house with slide and swings) for our younger guests, a ping pong table to master your skills and four bicycles, inspiring adventure and togetherness.

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in its 220m² indoor space. Designed with relaxation in mind, the exclusive Villa boasts six bedrooms & six en-suite bathrooms (plus a shared WC on the ground floor ), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, while 4 additional guests can be accommodated in folding beds, which can be placed in the ground floor bedroom, the first-floor bedrooms & the attic-style bedroom. The maximum capacity is 16 guests.

Asea Villa was designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pools, sink into squishy sofas with a glass of wine and gather together in the open-plan kitchen-dining area for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping of the floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) except from Sundays • Towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Baby bathtub, Stair Gates, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to four cars and there is also free public parking space outside the Villa for many cars. • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric oven & Induction hobs, Wine Fridge, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, 6 Hair dryers, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
