For added safety and peace of mind, a protective sturdy wooden pool fence is available upon request. The expansive outdoor area is thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation, complete with comfortable sunbeds, a comfortable swing lounger by the pool, and a shaded dining area featuring charcoal BBQ facilities—perfect for unforgettable al fresco dining experiences. Families will appreciate the outdoor playground, featuring a trampoline, playhouse, and a variety of outdoor toys, providing endless entertainment for children. The partially lawned garden offers generous space for both relaxation and play, while the villa's tranquil terraces provide a serene setting for guests to unwind in comfort. An outdoor shower enhances convenience, perfectly complementing the serene ambiance of this idyllic retreat—ideal for creating cherished holiday memories.

A small foosball table adds an extra touch of fun and entertainment for guests of all ages. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table, offers everything needed for delightful shared meals. Accommodating up to 5 guests, the villa features two serene bedrooms—both with direct access to the pool terrace—and a bathroom with a bathtub. One additional guest can be comfortably accommodated on the living room sofa bed. Ideal for families or couples, this retreat offers both comfort and privacy for a truly memorable stay.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 2 cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter Coffee Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Safe Box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.
