An Overview of the Enchanting Retreat
Nestled in the tranquil allure of Bohali, just moments from Zakynthos town, this bespoke retreat is designed to captivate discerning guests. Blending elegance with simplicity, the property offers sweeping sea and pool views that celebrate its privileged location. Boasting 80m² of refined outdoor living space, it features a private 20m² heated pool (can be heated with additional fee), an alfresco dining area, and a premium gas BBQ, setting the stage for unforgettable gatherings. Thoughtfully curated for families or small groups of friends, it comfortably accommodates up to five guests, offering a perfect haven to relax and savor meaningful moments in the enchanting atmosphere of Bohali.

*Important Note: The home is part of a complex with two separate villas, each featuring its own entrance, pool, and facilities. While privacy is prioritised, some areas may be overlooked.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
Framed by sea views, this villa offers a refined escape for guests of all ages. It features a private heated 20m² pool (1.5m depth) with sun-beds, a stylish outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ. Set within 80m² of beautifully outdoor grounds, the villa is just a short drive from the sea and the vibrant restaurants and shops of Zakynthos Town. Private parking is available for your convenience. Part of an exclusive duo villa complex, this villa ensures privacy, with its own pool and dedicated amenities. Kindly note that some areas may be overlooked.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
Experience effortless indoor-outdoor living at this exclusive retreat, where 90m² of meticulously crafted space spans on the ground level. Upon entry, a design-forward open-plan living area greets you, offering pool and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, with direct pool access, invites culinary exploration, elevating every dining experience. A 42’ smart TV (with Netflix) sets the scene for relaxed movie nights, blending style with comfort. The ground floor hosts two serene bedrooms and a shared bathroom, plus an extra WC. Perfectly accommodating four guests in premium beds, with space for one more on the living room sofa, this refined home also provides a baby cot and high chair upon request, ensuring a seamless stay for families.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with : Fridge/freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Washing Machine & Drying Rack, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Fully equipped Kitchen.
