This distinctive property takes full advantage of its premium location, as it is settled in Tragaki close to restaurants, splash parks, shops & featuring ample outdoor settings. From the wildlife-filled garden to the private infinity pool, the Home enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. An alfresco dining table with BBQ (Charcoal), summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. This villa is the perfect base for whatever adventure you crave in Zakynthos Island. Ensconced within 700m2 outdoor living, this grande house complete with 100m2 outdoor infinity pool with swim up sun-beds and hydromassage features set on spectacular grounds and has been designed with group gatherings in mind. This is an iconic home with private pool, to enjoy your holidays with your family and beloved ones, as it can comfortably welcome up to12 guests to unwind in magical Zakynthos. Designed for ultimate luxury, the retreat features also fitness equipment.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 100m2 private infinity swimming pool, featuring a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 700sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to the sea, restaurants & shops. A private parking (two cars) is also available at the villa premises.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Featuring a lower level, ground and first floor leads you to a warm welcome seamless inside-outside family living. Along with the open-plan living spaces which lead out onto the wraparound sea view deck and pool, there's an atmospheric design which invites adventures into other worlds, a smart 50’ TV for movie nights, and five bedrooms with en suite bedrooms for dream-filled holiday break. A sensory house through and through, it’s the kitchen which really brings groups together; a chandelier glimmers above the indoor dinning table and the garden trees gently sway outside the sash windows, tempting family games of hide and seek in the orchard. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and watch the shimmering sea view pool before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke open plan, living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to the pool area and to an indoor dinning spot. The villa features four wonderful and luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the 1st floor with a modern design and walk in shower. One additional bedroom lays on the lower level with a separate entrance for more individuality also with en-suite bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests in real beds in its five bedrooms. One more guest can sleep in the couch that is located in the living room lounge area.

Lower floor | One Twin Bedroom with two single size beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can be joined to form a King Size bed, with en-suite bathroom • Playroom featuring a playstation, Smart TV / Movie Projector and treadmill • Shared Bathroom with shower cabin.
