Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle, with additional spaces nearby. The adjacent beach allow guests to unwind by the water with ease. A fully equipped Gym featuring a variety of machines (Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Free Weights, Kettlebells, exercise bench, yoga mat) • A Double Bedroom featuring Queen Size Beds (1.60x2.00), a 40’ Smart TV and window • Twin Bedroom featuring Two Single Beds (0.90x2.00) - the bed is single on top & below there is another single bed that unfolds, a 40’ Smart TV and window • A shared spacious bathroom is also available next to the gym, featuring a walk in shower - washing machine is also available at this floor. • This floor has access to a small outdoor terrace that provides natural light to the entire floor.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, a stroller are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for one car • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
