Introducing Votsalo Villa
Savor leisurely mornings wrapped in sumptuous linens, followed by moments of pure relaxation on the plush sofa, gazing out at the shimmering pool. Tucked within the serene haven of Lentas, with sweeping sea views, this villa is an idyllic retreat for friends and family. Designed with understated elegance, it features three refined bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a 25m² pool (non-heated) complete with hydromassage jets. The villa seamlessly combines the warmth of home with sophisticated style. Enjoy alfresco dining at the shaded terrace, complete with a gas BBQ, perfect for savoring sunlit meals or starlit gatherings. Accommodating up to seven guests, this haven promises a stay of unparalleled comfort. Just in front the villa complex lies the archaeological site of the Asclepius Temple, a testament to the area's rich history. Lentas derives its name from the Greek word "léontas" (lion), a nod to the lion-shaped cape that forms its sheltered bay, adding a touch of mythic charm to this coastal sanctuary.

Important Note: Votsalo Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Kyma Villa) on the upper level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and direct access to the pool.

Set within a 150m² outdoor haven, this bespoke villa embodies elegance and is just a short drive from sublime beaches. Enjoy a 25m² pool (non-heated, 1.50 meters deep) with stunning sea views and lush surroundings. Relax on premium sun loungers, dine alfresco in the stylish outdoor area with a gas BBQ featuring a mini fridge & sink, and relish the impeccable sea vistas. While the villa shares proximity with one neighbouring villa, it offers dedicated parking for two vehicles and a uniquely serene atmosphere. This retreat promises a truly distinctive Seaview experience. An additional WC is located in the outdoor area. Our sustainable villa is a haven of tranquility where luxury meets eco-conscious living. Thoughtfully constructed with environmentally friendly materials, our two villas blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings, offering a perfect retreat for those who value comfort and sustainability. Immerse yourself in a space designed to inspire and rejuvenate, knowing that your stay supports a greener future. The unique villa also features a saltwater pool, which has lower chlorine levels, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use.

Bonus - Fitness Equipment
Fitness equipment is available at the Villa ( including Resistance tension Band, free weights, Mini exercise ball, Yoga mat ) for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday. Enjoy !

Bonus - Beach Equipment
The villa also provides beach equipment, including two SUP boards (upon availability), flippers, snorkeling masks, for an enhanced seaside experience. Binoculars are also available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
This delightful holiday villa exudes warmth with its minimalist design and carefully curated details. Spanning 120m² of indoor space, it offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a serene family retreat. For added convenience, there is an additional WC near the living area. Accommodating up to seven guests, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features its own entrance, providing enhanced individuality and direct access to the pool. A TV is provided in the living room and one of the bedrooms, thoughtfully placed to maintain a tranquil, screen-free ambiance during bedtime, fostering a true sense of sanctuary. With its welcoming ambiance and practical layout, this villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxed, sea-view getaway.

Ground Floor
Living Room with a 43’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00) with en-suite bathroom and pool access & views • Twin Bedroom with Two Single Beds (0.90x2.00), can be connected with a topper upon request, with en-suite bathroom and pool access & views • A WC is also available next to the living room.
*One Premium Double Bedroom (with separate entrance) featuring Kind Size Bed (1.80x2.00), a Smart 40’ TV, en-suite bathroom & access to the pool | Max. Capacity of the villa is 7 Guests ( 6 guests can be accommodated in Real Beds & 1 extra guest can sleep on a folding bed - which can be provided upon request in the living room area or one of the bedrooms.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Safety Box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.
