Boasting effortlessly chic interiors, spectacular views, this Villa is yours to remember. The allure of this home is impossible to ignore. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. This holiday home flaunts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. A striking structure in Hersonissos, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse. With an outdoor private 30sqm infinity pool, this is a spectacular villa, that can host up to 5 guests to unwind overlooking the ocean deep blue.

The villa is part of a Zen Luxury Villas & Suites complex, where seven more villas are located, each with their own private pool and facilities. The villa is located in the 2nd line of the complex, and there is another complex located in front.

External Living | Pool
This captivating home is embellished with a private 30m2 private infinity swimming pool, lounge area and sea front outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dinning area under sunset skies. The property boasts spectacular sea views to the entire Hersonissos prefecture. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate luxury and summery living. Kindly note that as per year 2024, a shared charcoal BBQ is included in the villas complex available for all villas, close to the parking area, for more enjoyable grill nights.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory white washed design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the couch with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 50’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom on the second floor and a twin bedroom “under the stars iconic style” featuring a glass ceiling on the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, and one more guest can sleep in the couch featured at living room area, an ideal holiday home for up to 5 guests.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with mini-fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Tassimo Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher & Smoke Detector.
